GOODS IN & STORAGE

All deliveries are checked for accuracy and damages. A storage location is allocated to each item and products are available for order processing within one day.

Orders are automatically received from your website & other online sales channels. These are immediately 2pm cut off deliveries go out before 5pm.

PICKING & PACKING

Orders are automatically validated, and products are retrieved from storage. Picked items are carefully checked and packed into individual postal packages.

Xappee’s warehouse management system (WMS) is automatically updated to reflect all product data and inventory changes. Regular stock audits are conducted to ensure inventory accuracy.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Shipping labels are generated and the packed order given to the designated postal/shipping partner. Clients can review the order status throughout the process.
